Hurricane Sandy
Our hearts go out to everyone in the Tri-state area feeling the impact of Hurricane Sandy. Our Manhattan studio is fully operational and we anticipate our Jersey City location to be back up on Monday, Nov 5th.
We are also happy to report that The Golden Mean, Carole’s 16 foot tall bronze diver, braved the storm well in Peekskill. Viewer photos at Patch.com show that other works at Riverfront Green Park, however, weren’t so lucky.
Fortunately, as well, Survival of Serena left SoHo last month, missing the storm entirely, but with inner tube in hand, we think she too would have lived up to her name.
We wish everyone well in the recovery efforts of this devastating storm, and hope you and your families are all safe.

The finished Diver in painted bronze will be shown in London during this summer’s Olympics with Elaine Baker Gallery. A second Diver will be on view in the sculpture garden of Jim Kempner Fine Art during Feuerman’s solo exhibition this fall.
The “Diver” in Action
Watch Feuerman in action, sculpting one of her latest creations “Diver”, a monumental swimmer towering 13 ft high.
This sculpture is just one of several new works currently in production. Bookmark carolefeuerman.com or join our mailing list to stay informed of upcoming exhibitions featuring Feuerman’s new works!
